not just another poem

the other day i met a devil on talking to him i came to know a thing he came specially to Chennai for me we made a story not to reveal we laughed, we cried we played a lot and jumped and hopped it was like a dream come true it was like making of dream entirely new we had our totums in place we let them spin just not to let them stop he held my hand, he pecked my forehead he showed me lights on my dark dark way he sprinkled my path with cheer and chuckle he protected me with an axe and a sickle but the day came when he had to go but and ifs and alas and slow but i let him go with a smile so wide but i let things wash away with the tide

the poem i liked the most

this is written by one of my friends "SUNNY GOKHALANI" People will come | People will leave It was never like newbies dint pitch in It was never like oldies always did retrieve. You’ll never be swooped to death by the crowd Neither will you be lone enough to be unheard on screaming aloud. Voluntarily on & forcefully off, Both will go on hand-in-hand; Memories will tardily slip off, From the fist of time, like  a sample of fine sand. What remains incessant is a kvetching you And to which, listeners will be few. Don’t say it | Don’t admit it Don’t suspect | Don’t regret. Don’t chew, yet bite the bullets, because that’s how people move; Keep It to yourself, Because that’s how you’ll improve. - Come the switch:- The comer will be fed to nurture, on how the goer treated you farewel...

Anna rascala ! Mind it!

hey folks, Finally m feeling so coconutty fresh. Seriously, there are so many coconut trees around me but still it is so damn costly. You will get a coconut for INR 25/-. I mean what is that. When i was leaving for Chennai my friends and family teased me that "wahan toh beta 5Rs me nariyal milta hai, khub peena ab"... and look what i found here. Well this was not my only disappointments in Chennai (to be precise: I got robbed too). A lot of people who move from north-India(shh people don't like them much here) find Chennai being coined as a metro city pretty disappointing. I am not being racist here. Its just that it is still under the alloying stage. Many metals need to be melted and need a hot hammer too. But once you start accepting your surroundings you do start getting a hang of this place. Lets see: 1)Water water: you visit Marina and say" oh my god, so tacky, so dirty, so conjusted, Why on earth is it this famous", then you visit the besant...
